PM Benjamin Netanyahu:
Today we held a special meeting in the Knesset in honor of the President of the Republic of Paraguay, my dear friend Santiago Penia, and his wife Leticia, together with the distinguished delegation from Paraguay.
I was especially excited to welcome President Penya to Jerusalem in the midst of the complex times we are in. This is a brave message of solidarity and support for Israel. The President's moving words: "We will always stand by Israel, no matter the cost. Because this is the right side of history," illustrate courageous and ethical leadership, precisely in times when the world is faced with attempts to distort the truth.
During the meeting we talked about the historical depth of the friendship between Paraguay and Israel, a friendship that became even stronger with Paraguay's decision to move the embassy to Jerusalem - our eternal capital for 3,000 years. Tomorrow we will jointly inaugurate the new embassy in Jerusalem - a historic step that symbolizes recognition of the truth and righteousness of our way.
I always remember the deep bond between Paraguayans and the Jewish people, a bond that began in the horror years of the Holocaust, when Paraguayan passports helped save thousands of Jews, including relatives of my father-in-law, the late Shmuel Ben Artzi.
My friend Santiago, your leadership is inspiring. You bring with you energy, vision and commitment to shared values โโof freedom, enlightenment and human dignity. Together we will continue to strengthen the cooperation between our countries in the fields of security, economy, technology, agriculture, tourism and more.
With God's help we will keep a united Jerusalem for generations. I thank you, my friend, for your firm stand on the side of Israel and your commitment to truth and justice.
Viva Paraguay! Long live Israel! ๐ต๐พ๐ฎ๐ฑ

PM Benjamin Netanyahu:
57 years ago we united Jerusalem and it will not be divided again!
Jerusalem will remain united forever under Israel's sovereignty. If we are not here - the fanatics who bring destruction and destruction all over the Middle East will be here and we will not let that happen.

Rebel leader Mohammad al-Jolani said today:
Al-Jolani's remarks come in the context of a statement yesterday by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who sent a clear message to the new leadership in Syria:

"Syria will not wage a new war with Israel. The country is not ready for another war. Our biggest threat is Hezbollah and the Iranian-backed Shiite militias in Syria."
Al-Jolani's remarks come in the context of a statement yesterday by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who sent a clear message to the new leadership in Syria:
"We seek relations with the new regime in Syria. But if this regime allows Iran to re-establish itself in Syria, transfer weapons to Hezbollah, or attack us, we will respond with force and exact a heavy price. What happened to the previous regime will also happen to this regime."
Al-Jolani has been trying to improve the image of his rebels since he came to power. He said:
"I no longer hold the same views as in my youth. Minorities will also have their place in a new Syria."
Can he be trusted?

The Understanding with Trump Administration: Israel Will Protect Its Interests After Deal: Israeli Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer reached an agreement with incoming U.S. President Donald Trumpโs team, ensuring that Israel will maintain its interests in Gaza following a potential hostage deal, similar to the arrangements made with Lebanon. While there's optimism about serious negotiations, it is expected that a final resolution will take another two to three weeks.
