Following a request from the President of Colombia, รbelardo de la Espriella, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the immediate dispatch of an aid team to Colombia tonight. This action comes in the wake of a devastating earthquake in the country.
The Israeli government shares in the grief of the families of the victims of this tragedy and will provide all necessary assistance to the Republic of Colombia.

The American Secretary of War urges Latin American countries to leave the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the ICC (the one that issued arrest warrants against Prime Minister Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant).
At a conference of the Organization of South American Countries Fighting the Cartels (ACCC) held in Panama, Pete Hegseth, the American Secretary of War, said:
"I strongly call on all ACCC member states to withdraw from the International Criminal Court and to reject its attempts to strip your governments and your courts of their sovereignty!
As a soldier, I swore allegiance to the Constitution, not to some fake and illegitimate international court."

Together with the American Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, Hegseth is working to dismantle the ICC. After the dramatic political upheaval in South America over the past year, Hegseth's calls are not falling on deaf ears.

Last night (Thursday), security forces demolished two illegal outposts located in Area B, near the villages of Kisfar and Jalud, within the Samaria Brigade area. Equipment found at the sites was seized, and one Israeli citizen was arrested.
According to an assessment of the situation, soldiers from the 51st Battalion of the Golani Brigade entered the Samaria Brigade area last night. These forces will carry out defensive missions and patrols in the area to maintain security.
