Today (Monday), the Israeli military intended to carry out an operation against a terrorist from the military wing of the Hamas terrorist organization in the Gaza Strip.

During this operation, a gathering of civilians was identified near the location of the terrorist. Since it was not possible to cancel the missile launch after it was fired, the missile's trajectory was altered in real-time to prevent harm to civilians.

This incident once again demonstrates the Israeli military's commitment to distinguishing between terrorists and civilians, and to taking all possible precautions to minimize harm to civilians.
