A study conducted by the Centre for Strategic and International Studies reveals that’s 90% of USAF, JASDF & ROCAF aircraft will be lost to Chinese missiles on the ground. There won’t be any Battle of Britain style air-superiority battles fought over Taiwan. It will be a rocket/missile war fought at long-ranges with DF-21s and AGM-158s so who runs out of missiles first will lose the war.

The think tank says that the United States must use its bases in Japan, otherwise military intervention would be impossible. Taiwan’s troops must prevent the Chinese military from establishing bridgeheads on the island. Furthermore, the US must avoid flying over China and focus on Taiwan. With the rest of the Indo-Pacific countries, such as South Korea and Australia, it is necessary to strengthen diplomatic relations on an anti-Chinese basis.

Strategic bombers have priority over fighters, in simulation the load capacity and range have made a difference against the Chinese army. Very important to increase the number of anti-ship missiles. Finally, the Ukrainian model is not replicable. China could surround the island and avoid supplies.
