The RDK leader Kapustin said that he's willing to exchange some prisoners captured in the recent raids in the Belgorod Oblast in exchange for a meeting with the governator.
In the video he said:
"Mr. Gladkov. As a gesture of goodwill, which is so often spoken of in the Government of the Russian Federation, we are ready to give you prisoners, ordinary Russian soldiers, for the opportunity to speak with you personally.
We invite you to a dialogue within the walls of the church on Novaya Tavolzhanka.
Arrival by ambulance in person, accompanied by a driver, unarmed. I will come personally with a representative of the LSR and the prisoners. Most recently, you were awarded the Order of Courage, so show real civilian courage"
