Multiple Pinned Messages
Pinned messages are a lot like chips, it's hard to stop at just one, which is why you can now pin multiple messages in any chat. Tap the top bar to jump between them – or use the new button if you want to see them all on a separate page.
In addition to channels and groups, pinned messages now work in one-on-one chats, useful for everything from shopping lists to friendly wagers and beyond.

Playlists
When you send multiple songs at the same time, they'll be arranged together in a playlist – easier to play, forward, or comment on. Opening one of the songs will queue them all up in Telegram's built-in media player.

Sleek New Animations on Android
Meanwhile, our Android Frankensteins keep adding new animations, this time for sending messages and switching songs in the music player.
Also on Android: when viewing a photo you’ve received, you can edit and send it back right away, skipping the download-upload ritual. Just tap the brush button when viewing a photo to quickly mark a spot with an X, or put skull stickers on faces.

Happy Halloween everyone! 🎃
I hope you liked yesterday’s Telegram update with multi-pins, proximity alerts, playlists and other features.
I just realized I've been using the Android Halloween theme for most of this year, as it goes well with the general mood of 2020.
If you're also on Android, check it out using this link – or choose a similar theme in your Chat Settings among the Dark Theme presets. It works best with the Halloween-inspired side bar, which users of Telegram for Android should be seeing today.
For iOS and Mac, this link should install the Halloween theme.
Do you like this month's trending sticker packs? My personal favorites so far are HalloweenUtya and ShadowKitty (but only because the creator of PepeVampire didn’t come up with enough stickers to get featured).
Feel free to share your favorite Telegram themes and sticker packs in the comments.

Manage voice chats permission is enabled by default for admins
This is helpful incase the group doesn't have the owner.
Earlier the permission was disabled by default and was not possible to create a voice chat where the owner account was deleted
