Along with Discussion Group Linking, Telegram is introducing @discussbot to add Comments to your Channel.
You just need to add the bot to the Channel as Administrator and you will get Comments button for each post afterwards which will take you to a website where you can comment.
Bot will also notify you if someone replies to your comment.
When Bot notifies you about a comment and you want to reply without leaving Telegram, make sure you reply to Bot notification. Works with text and photos only.

Telegram
Focused Privacy, Discussion Groups, Seamless Web Bots and More
Telegram is about privacy. In 2014, we pioneered granular privacy settings in messaging. Today we are making them even more flexible with exceptions for group chats.
Telegram Phone Number visibility is set to My Contacts by default. Starting from v5.7 you have option to change this based on your preference.
My Contacts : Your Contacts (The users whose number you have) and who has your number saved in their Contacts can see your number.
Nobody : Only who has your number saved in their Contacts can see your number.
Note: The user who has your number Saved can always see your number, you can't hide your phone number from them

The first 19 artists in this list are encouraged to continue their work and add more stickers to their sets. If we like the sets, we will feature them on Telegram and reward their authors for every sticker uploaded. We are planning to make animated stickers available to all users of Telegram by late June / early July. Every set must include at least 15 stickers to be rewarded and featured.
Please note that the current production version of Telegram is not optimized for animated stickers, and some animations from @topanimated may look slow/buggy. This will get fixed within a month.
Our representative will get in touch with the winners from the official verified Telegram account to coordinate the payments and potential work together.
Many thanks to the artists for the great animations – and congratulations to the winners!
