Navigate Recent Chats

Telegram iOS beta got the ability to quickly return to a specific chat after following links to other chats or jumping to the next unread channel

Long-press on the Back button (top-left corner) will show a list of recent chats you can return.

Previously you had the option to achieve something similar by enabling Keep Chat Stack in debug settings, which will takes you through all navigated chats by pressing back button

Video Stickers

Telegram added support for stickers converted from regular videos, so that anyone can easily create detailed animated stickers using any video editing program.

you can publish your packs with the @Stickers bot – or add some of the new sets made by others.

Better Reactions

Reactions now have more compact animations. To send a larger effect, press and hold on a reaction in the menu.

Like interactive emoji, reactions are now synchronized, so your recipients will see the animations in real time.

 are used not only to express emotion, but also to answer questions and show approval – which is why they now have read status. Like for replies or @-mentions, a new ♡ button appears when your messages have unseen reactions.

Navigating Recent Chats

When jumping through unread channels or moving between chats, press and hold the 'Back' button to return to a specific chat. Opening chats from forwarded messages, links, usernames, profiles, etc. adds them to the list.

• Watch the animations for unseen reactions play when you hit the button.

While files are actively downloading, a new icon will now appear in the Search bar.
Tap the icon or go to the 'Downloads' tab in Search to view and manage them – pause and resume all downloads or individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in chat.

Live Streaming With Other Apps

With this update, you can broadcast from streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit Broadcaster – to add overlays and multi-screen layouts with ease, turning any Telegram channel into a professional TV Station.
To stream from these tools, start a new Video Chat in your group or a new Live Stream in your channel, tap the 'Start With' button and enter the information found there into your streaming tool.

Semi-Transparent Interface on Android

In Night Mode, panels and headers have a subtle transparency effect – letting chat backgrounds, stickers and media shine through as you scroll.

iOS users have been enjoying semi-transparent headers and footers on Telegram since June 2021.

New Attachment Menu

When sending multiple photos or videos, tap '… selected' at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it’s sent – and rearrange or remove selected media.

On iOS, the Attach attachment menu has been fully redesigned to catch up with the Android app. The in-app camera option is now beautifully integrated into the gallery and a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing and more.

The updated Files tab shows recently sent files and lets you search for them by name.

New t.me Pages

With t.me links like t.me/durov, anyone can preview profiles, posts or entire public channels in their browser – even if they haven’t signed up for Telegram yet.

These web previews have a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-featured Telegram Web client.

Phone Number Links

Anyone can create a unique @username from the Settings page – giving others an easy way to contact you via Search or your t.me/username link without sharing your phone number.

This update also allows you to share a direct t.me link to your phone number that instantly opens a chat with you.

 format for these links is t.me/+123456789, with the full phone number in international format.

Naturally, the link will only work if your privacy settings let others find you by your phone number.
