بعد توقيع وثيقة التفاهم حول إجراءات إنهاء حالة الحرب بين إيران حليف لبنان الدولة والشعب المقاوم، وبين أمريكا التي يزعم بعض أركان السلطة أنها حليف لبنان وصديقته. أدعو السلطة إلى قراءة نص وثيقة التفاهم بشكل دقيق وموضوعي واستخلاص الوقائع والآفاق التي ستلقي بثقلها على واقع المنطقة والعالم بما فيهما لبنان العزيز.

كما أدعو السلطة إلى الحذر من الاستخفاف بقدرة إيران على الإيفاء بالتزامها في ردع العدو الصهيوني حال إصراره على الإخلال بمضمون وثيقة التفاهم الذي يشمله.

وألفت نظر السلطة، أن سقف الزمن المتاح أمام العدو للاندحار عن أرض لبنان بالكامل هو تمام الشهرين، اللذين ينبغي عليه فيهما أن يلتزم التزامًا صارمًا بوقف الأعمال العدائية بشكل كامل برًّا وبحرًا وجوًّا وأن يتهيأ ويباشر فيهما الانسحاب خلال ستين يومًا، دونما حاجة لأي تفاوض مباشر معه على الإطلاق.

وما عدا ذلك، يمكن للسلطة بعد التوصل إلى تفاهم وطني وفق الاجراءات الميثاقية والدستورية والقانونية، اعتماد صيغة التفاوض غير المباشر مع العدو لإعادة تفعيل اتفاقية الهدنة بما يتناسب مع الواقع، وفي ظل استمرار حالة العداء المجمع عليها ميثاقيًّا ودستوريًّا.

المقاومة من جهتها تنصح السلطة بعدم التوغل المباشر مع العدو الصهيوني في استهداف المقاومة، لأن ذلك ضدّ مصلحة لبنان واللبنانيين..

ومن جهة أخرى باسم من تمثلهم المقاومة في لبنان نقول لأركان السلطة بأن حرب العدو للإجهاز على المقاومة في لبنان قد فشلت ولم ولن تُحقق أهدافها. ورغم كل ما تعرضت له المقاومة من قبل بعض أركان السلطة وبعض الجهات السياسة في البلاد، فإنها تؤكد استعدادها للتفاهم الوطني الداخلي حول ما يضمن أمن واستقرار لبنان ومصلحته السيادية الوطنية، دون تخويف من عدو صهيوني لن نستسلم لعدوانه مهما توحّش، ودون تذرع بضغوط لم ينتج عن استجابة السلطة لها إلا الفشل والانزلاق نحو الإذعان لما يمليه العدو وحليفه الأمريكي الذي تزعم السلطة أنه صديقها.
