Proximal convoluted tubules,
يطابق مظهر بطانة
ال Proximal straight Tubule
و الذي يسمى أيضا" ب
'Thick Descending loop of Henel

و تتميز بالتالي :
large Cuboidal cells , with large pale Central round nucleus , with highly acidophilic cytoplasm(due to the large number of mitochondria ), the cells are with out distinct membranes.usually abstracted lumen that has irregular shape (satellite shape )

و بما أن حجم الخلايا كبير و كذلك الانوية , يكون عددها في cross section قليل ,غير متضاغطه ,و هذه من افصل العلامات للتمييز بينها و بين خلايا ال distal. لاحظ ذلك في الصورة 2 ,العلامة 1


كذلك حال Distal convoluted tubule, يطابق
Distal straight tubule
و الذي يسمى أيضا" ب
(Thich ascending loop of Henel)

و التي تتميز بالآتي :
small Cuboidal cells in compare to that of the proximal, with smaller darker Central round nucleus , with slightly acidophilic cytoplasm(due to the  small number of mitochondria ),  the cells are with out distinct membranes.usually empty lumen that has uniform shape (round shape )

و بما أن حجم الخلايا أصغر و كذلك الانوية, سيكون عدد الخلايا و الأنوية كبير و تظهر متضاغطه

طيب , كيف تقول أن هذا أما ال convoluted part أو straight part ?

يجب أن تعرف أن ذلك يعتمد على الموقع و section

ال Convoluted part لا يكون إلا في Cortex و يظهر فقط ب cross section (يعني لو أجيب لك كل مميزات ال proximal tubule و هو longitudinal section من دون تفكير هذه عباره عن straight, أو
Thick Descending loop

أهم الأشياء التي تمكنك من معرفة أن القطع من cortex هي glomerulus (أو إذا لم تجد Thin loop of Henel)


أما ال straight part سواءا" Proximal ام Distal

١)فيوجد إما في medulla و يكون على شكل cross section ( أهم مميز للقطع من medula هو وجود
thin loop of henel
و الذي هو عباره تجويف مبطن ب simple squamous epithelium
أو إذا لم تجد glomerulus )

٢)أو أنه يوجد في medullary ray و يكون longitudinal section.
