-Did nothing to stop voter fraud
-Didn’t label Dominion a nat. Sec. threat and ban their use
-Didn’t force FTC head to uphold sec 230 or levy consequences to big tech. Allowed them to block a merger to thwart a conservative company from growing. (Sinclair broadcasting)
