Freshwater waterfalls on our farm in Tanzania

We built a ram pump for our farm in tanzania. This pumps water using air pressure and doesn’t require electricity. For every 7 ft drop below its input water source, it can pump about 70 ft. It’s excellent for pumping uphill and to irrigate crops

Bulldozers are finally here to make roads to key access points and rivers across the farm. 🥳

Two things I’ve been waiting to announce:

It’s official! The first contract purchase of seedlings has been completed. We are happy to support local nurseries that have superior quality of product.

We will now begin the rapid planting across our acreage!

People look at places like China and see a social credit system and think that kind of thing will never happen in western countries like the USA. But the truth is, it’s already here.

A clip from something new I am working on.

Building wealth is not a random act. It arises out of a predictable and powerful set of circumstances and opportunities in combination with thousands of hours of research and knowledge acquisition + the tangible execution thereof. Knowledge without execution is like ideas without execution — useless.

Further, the thing that distinguishes one performer from another is how hard he or she works, and the knowledge he or she has. That’s it. And what’s more, the people at the very top don’t work just harder or even much harder than everyone else. They work much, much harder, and they are much, much smarter.
