The Justice Department should tread carefully about aligned and malaligned actors; those who pose a threat to US national security, and those who pose no threat. It would be very important to carefully distinguish between those of whom they can hold as scapegoats, and those of whom are an integral aspect to future objectives and goals of the United States government, particularly those aligned within policy initiatives located within foreign jurisdictions.
