That claim is false. This is an Iranian ‘Ghadr’ mixed liquid/solid fuel MRBM, which is not suitable for targeting ships. If it was an anti-ship launch, we would expect Khalije Fars or Qasseme Basir to be used.

The footage is either old (recycled) or likely from the recent ballistic missile exercises.

The hit got very close to downing the aircraft, but did minor damage & the jet likely managed to land safely.

Based on the footage, it can be concluded some kind of Iranian AD was used, with a missile that has a proximity fuse (exploded near the aircraft, rather than hitting it).
