The problem with Mohsen Rezaei as SNSC Secretary, is that while he may be a loyalist to Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei and more experienced than Zolqadr, he also talks way more.

Which diminishes the position of SNSC Secretary in the eyes of the public and makes his threats less meaningful and his statements less credible.
