—❗️🇮🇱/🇦🇪 BREAKING: Several hours ago, a FlyDubai Boeing 373 from Dubai to Tel Aviv was forced to make an emergency landing in Tobuk, Saudi Arabia

The plane was carrying more than 100 Israeli nationals, and media are reporting the incident as a hijacking.

The co-pilot, allegedly a man of Omani descent, attempted to hijack the plane to commit suicide with it or carry out a ‘9/11-style’ attack by stabbing the main pilot. He was eventually subdued by crew and passengers.

Before disaster was averted, the plane made a nose dive dropping from 30,000 ft to 15,000 ft in a matter of seconds. Israeli fighter jets were scrambled due to the incident.
