Pavel Durov has been placed on the international wanted list by the FSB of Russia. He has been charged with aiding and abetting terrorism.

The administration of the messenger service has not removed channels, chats, and bots that are actively used by Ukrainian security services to prepare terrorist attacks and mass killings in Russia, according to the FSB.

🇫🇷🇷🇺 France cannot extradite its own citizens to other countries. This is explicitly prohibited by law - Pavel Durov's lawyer.

He also added that if Interpol, at Russia's request, issues an international arrest warrant for Durov, it would not be immediately enforceable in France.

Durov has four passports: Russian Federation, France, UAE, and St. Kitts and Nevis
