Similarly, when you register your car, you become the "registered keeper", but the state now OWNS YOUR CAR. That's why they can pull you over and impose fines on you- these fines are actually being imposed on your strawman and you are CONNED into paying them.
"Legal" refers to statutes- which are rules for a society. Statutes are given the force of law BY YOUR CONSENT. Nobody has power over you, they simply tricked you into being a slave. You have the birthright to travel unimpeded, and if no Laws have been broken, nobody has any right to harass you.
