Belgian MEP torches #eu official over israel remarks: “Partners in genocide?”
Belgian MEP Marc Botenga didn’t hold back as he slammed EU foreign policy chief Kaja #Kallas for referring to Israel as “very good partners.”
“What ‘very good partners’? In crime? In genocide? In ethnic cleansing?” Botenga fired back during a heated session.
Calling the remarks a disgrace, he added, “These words are a SHAME for the European Union,” making it clear that, for him, aligning with israel amid ongoing conflict is a stain on the EU’s integrity.
