#Australia's proposed new Prohibited Hate Groups laws will allow the government to ban organisations for "hate crimes" that were committed before they were illegal.

No "hate crime" needs to have actually been committed, and no conviction is required.

This story needs more eye's on it >150,000 acres gone now in Patagonia because of Israeli firestarters. https://gab.com/NeonRevolt/posts/115883994859060421
"Unmasking the Flames: Israel's Shadow Over Patagonia and Milei's Betrayal of Argentina: From Conspiracy to Reality? Fires Clear the Way for Foreign Control in the Last Frontier"

"Patagonia is not just wilderness or puffy-coat tourism, it is one of the last great freshwater reserves on Earth, a mineral-rich frontier, a strategic southern edge. If we wait for official admission or a smoking gun, it will be too late. The fires are the warning siren. The signs are already hammered in. The question is no longer “Is it happening?” it’s “How much further will it go, and what are we going to do about it?”

"Argentina’s south is burning. The time to look away is over."

#Australia Under the “Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism Bill,” anticipated to pass Parliament this week, Australia will introduce draconian new federal hate-speech and hate-association offenses.

It includes some of the most punitive and extreme anti-free speech provisions ever passed in the Western world.

The bill introduces new crimes for publicly promoting or inciting hatred against protected groups where a “reasonable” person could “feel” intimidated, harassed, or fear violence, with even harsher penalties imposed for religious or organisational leaders who do so.

It establishes racial vilification as an independent criminal offense, adds to Australia’s list of banned hate symbols, and permits the government to formally list “hate groups,” making membership in or support for groups the government deems unacceptable a severe criminal offense.

Under the bill, hatred may be treated as an aggravating factor in sentencing for unrelated offenses, and the Home Affairs Minister is granted broad powers to cancel or refuse visas based on hateful speech or association, with only a narrow exemption for quoting religious texts in specific teaching contexts — such as a muslim preacher reading from the quran.

Meet "holocaust survivor" Henri Heimans, pictured here next to his gay lawyer who specialises in hatespeech cases.

Heimans is one of the many people who will receive big money if the Supreme Court reaffirms my conviction tomorrow.

Heimans was born in 1948 and said in an interview years ago that he had a very normal, careless childhood.

However, something very strange happened to Heimans. When he was watching a hitpiece against me by the Belgian Regime media, he noticed memes relating to Hitler. (see other posts for context, but a government hacker hacked into our private groupchats and found some edgy 9gag memes, then put them on national TV to hurt my reputation)

Heimans, whose father was Jewish, was suddenly struck with what he calls "intergenerational trauma". He called himself a "holocaust survivor" and went to regime police to file complaints against me and demanded payment for "damages".

He did not file a complaint against national television for airing the memes, not against the people that made the memes, the platform that hosted them (9gag) or the people that sent them in the groupchat. No. Heimans, well connected in the anti-natonalist freemasonry, filed complaints against me, the number one political dissident in the country. What a coincidence.

After many years of court battles that cost me a fortune, Heimans actually won and I have to pay thousands of euros in damages to a man that I never even knew existed, let alone damaged or targeted with anything whatsoever.

I went to the Supreme Court to appeal and they will decide tomorrow.

If you think this is crazy, the real story is a lot crazier than what I've written down in this short post. Would you believe me if I told you Heimans is actually the former president of the Court of Appeals that convicted me to a prison sentence last year? Would you believe me if I told you that I wasn't even going to be tried for the heaviest charges, until Heimans came along and the judges suddenly changed their minds, tried ánd convicted me? This man cost me hundreds of thousands of euros and years of my life.

You can help me fight: givesendgo.com/Dries

The catch-22 about my situation is that the Belgian regime is making it increasingly difficult for me to live here while at the same time making it increasingly difficult to leave.

In a few hours the Supreme Court (called Cassatie, hence the translation below) will decide if my prison sentence for hatespeech will go into effect. If it does, my life in Belgium and Europe will become a lot harder and I may end up imprisoned soon.

At the same time, it will make it impossible for me to go to most Western countries in the world for work or relocation. Most of them, if not all, will refuse my entry or visa automatically when the system detects my convictions.

There is also no way for me to rectify this. I have already spent close to 400K in legal fees and the only option left would be the E.U.'s own Court of Human Rights, which will probably not want to hear me because I'm a nationalist and which would, in any case, cost hundreds of thousands of euros and take 5 to 10 years. In a way such an appeal would only strengthen the Kafkaesque catch-22: the money spent on it would make relocation, a costly endeavour, even more difficult and unaffordable.

So in 24 hours I will probably be stuck in a country ruled by a regime that wants to kill me, legally and — if I wouldn't have such a big social media following — physically.

This is not a call for pity. I knew this was the probable outcome of my resistance against the Great Replacement and I would 100% do it all over again. To be able to look my children in the eye and tell them I did everything I could to make sure that the lands of our ancestors remain the lands of our descendants is worth a lot more to me than living an easy life.
