However, if the US succeeds in toppling Iran’s Islamic regime, Trump will become the most loved person in the last thousand years to the Persians. Satellite images analyzed by NYT show that Iranian missile and drone attacks have damaged communication and radar infrastructure at several US military bases across West Asia, including in Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Targets of these attacks include satellite communication terminals (SATCOM), radomes (radar protective covers), satellite dishes, and facilities near missile tracking systems such as the AN/TPY-2 radar.
