This article presents evidence that the Israeli deep state was a prime mover in the events of 9-11. Note that it does not imply that other groups (i.e. the US deep state and maybe others) were not involved in both the commission and cover up of the September 11 attacks.
The 9-11 event advanced the Neocon PNAC agenda, with its explicitly stated need for "...a catastrophic and catalysing event - like a new Pearl Harbor" [1] in order to mobilise US public opinion for already planned wars, the effects of which would be to destroy Israel's enemies

Detecting Abnormal Trading Activities in Option Markets by Marc Chesney, Remo Crameri, Loriano Mancini :: SSRN - 2015
Marc Chesney reviews the findings of a statistical study he co-directed between 2005 and 2015 on put options, used to speculate on the downside, of 20 major US groups, particularly in the aerospace and financial sectors. The analysis focuses on transactions carried out between 6 and 10 September 2001, compared with the average volumes recorded over a long period (around ten years for most of the companies). In his opinion, the probability of insider trading prior to 11 September is "high".

Moazzam Begg was seized in Islamabad in February 2002 and held at #Kandahar, #Bagram and #Guantanamo for nearly three years. He was released in January 2005 without ever being charged.
In 2014 he was charged again, over travel to #Syria. Those charges collapsed when it emerged MI5 had known of and consented to his journey. In August 2025 he was arrested in Parliament Square for holding a placard, one of more than 500 detained that day under the #UKTerrorismAct.
Now outreach director at #CAGE International, he joins Middle East Eye to examine what became of the cases that justified this era's laws.
Hamid Hayat, convicted in 2006 on the word of a paid informant, walked free in 2019. Dr Ali al-Timimi, sentenced to life in 2005 for a speech, was fully acquitted in March 2026 on free speech grounds.
Guantanamo is still open. Fifteen men remain. The trial of the man accused of planning 9/11 is now listed for 2028.

It is an astounding record of genocide and belligerence that continues to this day.
The truth is, endless wars are a condition of the United States not merely from 2001 onwards but from 1776 onwards. That’s not just 25 years of forever wars, but 250 years.
This violence goes under various pretexts or self-serving propaganda narratives, such as “manifest destiny,” the Monroe Doctrine, “defense of the free world,” and, more recently, “war on terror.” There is always an excuse invoked by the U.S. rulers and their servile media to justify what is simply out-and-out barbarism, lawlessness, and state terrorism.
It’s a distraction to delve too much into the specious pretexts for the U.S. wars and violence. The key issue of focus is the constant conduct of war and conquest.
