✍The answer is that there’s essentially NO difference when two people are having a conversation, and both of them are speaking.
پاسخ این است که در حقیقت هیچ تفاوتی وجود نداره زمانی که دو نفر مکالمه دارند و هر دو آنها صحبت می کنند.
You can say
“Sue is talking to John”
or
“Sue is talking with John”
✍Some people claim that talk to should be used when it’s only one person speaking, and talk with should be used when it’s more of a two-sided discussion.
بعضی از مردم ادعا می کنند که talk to باید زمانی صورت بگیرد که تنها یک نفر صحبت می کند.
و talk with باید زمانی استفاده شود که بیشتر از یک بحث دو طرفه است.
✍However, in practice, use both interchangeably.
