James O'Keefe has been charged with felony counts of unlawful voting and identity theft for misrepresenting himself at a polling station while going undercover in a journalistic capacity while allegedly using someone else's identity. The state of Minnesota doesn't recognize investigative journalist's right to use fake identities while at polling stations even though he didn't cast a vote.
