Nicolas Hulscher refers to E = Excess Deaths Risks – as he says those batches that started with an E were by far the most Lethal Batches according to howbadismybatch.com where you can go check your batch.

FDA’s Long Term Follow-Up Guidance for Big Pharma regarding Gene Therapy:
“The FDA advised sponsors to observe subjects for delayed adverse events for as long as 15 years following exposure to the investigational GT product, specifying that the LTFU observation should include a minimum of five years of annual examinations, followed by ten years of annual queries of study subjects, either in person or by questionnaire.”
“Often, GT products are designed to achieve therapeutic effect through permanent or long-acting changes in the human body.”
“As fa result of long term exposure to an investigational GT product, study subjects may be at increased risk of undesirable and unpredictable outcomes that may present as delayed adverse event(s).”
“To understand and mitigate the risk of a delayed adverse event, subjects in gene therapy trials may be monitored for an extended period of time, which is commonly referred to as the “long term follow-up” (LTFU) period (of a clinical study).”

So, The FDA recommends 15 YEARS of Follow-Up Studies for Gene Therapies.
The FDA is calling GT’s (Gene Therapies) “Investigational Products.”
Guess what were labeled “Gene Therapies?”
The COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines – Oops.
Both, Pfizer and Moderna told their shareholders that the mRNA vaccine was a Gene Therapy according to the FDA.
Pfizer's subsidiary, BioNTech says from their FORM 20-F, December 21, 2022:

“Unlike certain gene therapies that irreversibly alter cell DNA and may cause certain side effects, mRNA-based medicines do not irreversibly change cell DNA."
Moderna states from their 10Q ending September 30, 2020 that their vaccine is a "Gene Therapy." [4]
• "Currently, mRNA is considered a gene therapy product by the FDA."
• Moderna, just a Pfizer, claims that their mRNA is specially designed NOT to alter DNA:
◦ “Unlike certain gene therapies that irreversibly alter cell DNA and could act as a source of side effects, mRNA-based medicines are designed to not irreversibly change cell DNA.”
We are only 5 years into these shots and have about 10 more years, until around 2036 until we really know true consequences.
Does the mRNA really shut off, is the change temporary or have their been permanent DNA modifications?
The FDA said -- “GT products are designed to achieve therapeutic effect through permanent or long-acting changes in the human body.”
The FDA also said that Gene Therapies are “Investigational Products.”
Investigational can be considered EXPERIMENTAL.
Were we informed that these “investigational” gene therapies?
Did the elites of the world just pull off a worldwide experiment on all of us?
Were we used like Lab Rats?
Have we heard ANYTHING about these Follow-Up Studies?
Is Pfizer and Moderna following these “Guidelines?”
They are not mandatory.
The only thing mandatory was the Government telling us that it was “mandatory” to take those safe & effective mRNA gene therapies.
And a lot of good they ended up doing.
