When you miss doing a certain good deed, be sure to go after doing that good deed and do it. But when you miss doing a certain bad deed, postpone doing it and try to escape from what your heart wants. This is the most important key to success in expanding one’s spirit and fighting with one’s carnal desires. Our good desires are divine inspirations for our hearts!

📕 What is the problem with the mysticism of the Christian world? Why can’t today’s Christianity produce love for God?
📌 They have deleted God’s Power and Greatness.
📌 A God Whom no one fears, no one will fall in love with either.
💠 Sir, is this a problem if we love God without Him being Great in our heart?
💠 It is impossible my dear one! I wouldn’t have said anything if it was possible. Up until now, we have listened to many stories and discussions about the love, affection, beneficence and kindness of God, and cried with these. Actually, we have cried a lot with these. But after we have left these meetings, our situation was like before and not much change had occurred within us.
💠 Why do you like Aba al-Fazl al-Abbas (‘a), more than all the other companions of Imam Husayn (‘a)? It is because of his strength, his grandeur, and his protecting the flag in battle more than others. This intensity of our interest in Hazrat Abbas (‘s) appears in our hearts after the intensity of his greatness and grandeur. If they tell you, “Aba al-Fazl al-Abbas (‘a) was a very good man. He was loyal to his brother, Imam Husayn (‘a). It was a pity that he was very weak, frail and thin to the extent that whenever someone shoved him, he would immediately fall to the ground! Furthermore, he was martyred in the beginning of the war!” If he was like this, was Abbas still this dear to you?!
💠 Some people like to delete God’s Power and Greatness and only love Him! Right now, they are putting land mines in our dear land, which is full of spirituality and spiritual blessings! Imported and false mysticism, which is coming from the east and the west of the world and have an attractive appearance, prevent people from reaching to the true mysticism and spirituality. Many books from eastern and western authors have been translated into Persian. These authors, who don’t have any religious belief, speak about God and say that they are in love with God! Their books are filled with good words about the fact that God is so Kind. God hears our words. God loves us. They say these and other such things.
💠 It is possible some people will ask, “What is the problem with these good words?” Do you know what the problem is in the Cristian world? Their problem is that their God doesn’t have Greatness. He is only Kind. The only thing their God knows how to do is to forgive. A God Whom no one fears, no one will fall in love with either.
💠 The problem with these false mysticisms is that their God is only Kind and Forgiving, but He doesn’t have Greatness. Do you know what a disaster this results in? They describe a God, Who is not Great, and everyone wants to love Him. But in practice, no one will love Him. Everyone wants to love this God, Who brings love, but no one will love a God without Greatness.
