Judge Assigned To Midazolam Murders Case

"A judge has finally been assigned to administer our urgent applications, as well as being somewhat dismayed that she has also indicated that she won’t get around to administering them until the first week of March.
We will therefore respectfully require of her that she deals with the case as her top priority, on the ground that we are applying for the seizure of the entire UK Midazolam supply, to prevent the ongoing euthanasia of targeted demographics in care homes, hospital wards and in their own beds.

Shortly after the Met investigation began, I emailed the detectives concerned to explain that we have amassed incontrovertible prima facie evidence showing that the government policies regarding the over-prescribing of Midazolam to over 65’s, those with chronic illnesses, the mentally ill and anybody diagnosed as having or likely to get the ‘virus’ and die in the future, are tantamount to pre-meditated mass murder.
Within just a few hours, I received an email from one of the detectives, who asked me to clarify how the allegations we are making are material to the investigation, so I explained that the two cases are inextricably linked because it was and remains government policy to prescribe Midazolam as one of their pharmaceutical responses to the pandemic [which never actually happened].

The investigation, which has since been escalated into a nationwide inquiry, is currently awaiting the legal opinion of our senior crown prosecutor, which we hope to deliver to them by the end of this week at the latest. Following which we intend to deliver a bundle to truly damning evidence to support what has already been submitted."

Well done to everyone who came to the Royal Albert Hall protest 2.2.22. It was great outreach with people handing out leaflets, holding up boards, talking to people going in and a bit of music as well.

It's so important to keep the pressure up on all venues that continue to implement discriminatory and illogical covid passes. We know the jab doesn't stop infection or transmission so if it was about health everyone should be required to test. Of course we don't want any testing or covid impositions.

We'll be back to the Royal Albert Hall as the manager we spoke to was clear they are happy to continue their discriminatory policy.

Round up of the Facebook Meta HQ protest in support of the American truckers who had their Facebook page taken down. Our FB page has also still not been reinstated and FB have not been in touch with us.

Security closed the two main entrances for a couple of hours, at least 40 staff were turned away and staff were locked in They eventually found a way out via a loading bay. We will be back.

Update on court cases at Westminster Magistrates court 3.2.22

Piers and David's court case of 'causing a nuisance at NHS property namely Guy's without lawful excuse' where they pleaded Not Guilty, was adjourned to 6th May. An important thing about this case is it gives Piers and David's lawyer the right to find out the status of the Hammersmith CID investigation crime number 6029679/21.

The second case due to be heard today was Piers criminal damage of TFL property - damage of public health signs (ripping down of mask and distancing propaganda). This case was dropped, likely because it was outside of the 6 month charge window or through lack of evidence.

We (John J McNally & Co Solicitors) are delighted to note that the Department of Health (NI) have formally confirmed, through their solicitors, that their Covid-19 vaccination programme within schools has been terminated, thereby removing the unacceptable risk that a healthy 12-15 year old child could receive a #Covid vaccine in the absence of their parents and, furthermore, in the absence of parental consent.

Whilst the primary objective of our challenge has now been achieved, our substantive challenge against the ministerial decision to disregard the scientific advice of the JCVI will continue.

We are acutely aware, through the UK Government’s own safety surveillance data, that thousands of healthy children in the UK have reported adverse events in the aftermath of vaccination, many of these injuries can only be described as serious.

Our challenge has now been listed for an initial ‘Leave’ (Permission to proceed) hearing on the 21st of March.
