Marriage is the foundation of a healthy community

Law should encourage and give privledge to marriage. Entering into marriage instead of living in informal relationships is very good for the spouses themselves, for the children of the couple and for the entire nation.

Marriage is between a man and a woman only

Inheritance is between man and wife, parent and child, or extended family.

Most Poles are unaffected by inheritance tax because they are below the threshold were this applies. It's not an issue I know much about but wouldn't oppose changing or even eliminating this tax.

Inheritance tax exemption is a privledge of marriage. A gay man who dies and wants to leave money to his lover is transfering a gift. This is not something I want changed.
