German police officers attempted to send an 18-year-old Afghan back to Poland across bridge to Guben
Ruch Obrony Granica observed this and pressured the Afghan to cross the bridge back to Germany.
The Germans called the Polish border guard and tried again. ROG again encouraged the man not to come to Poland and the Polish border guard did not intervene

So the Germans later dumped the illegal migrant in a rural part of Poland were no one was looking
