✅ Carry-On Update - 14th July

Dr. Prabhakar Desai, the acting director of the university, stated that some students from Savitribai Phule Pune University have submitted requests regarding carry-on or supplementary examinations. However, the students making these requests have not secured the minimum required 50% credits for the academic year. As per university regulations, these students are considered failed for that academic year.

The university will consider these requests from a student-centric perspective. Further action will be taken based on legal provisions and guidance from the relevant higher authorities.

The university administration has always prioritized students and made decisions in their best interest. In the past as well, under special circumstances, decisions have been taken to ensure that students do not lose an academic year. This time too, a decision will be made after taking proper legal advice and staying within the rules.
