In my opinion, in order to achieve this phenomenon, there was obviously deliberate work and planning. The right-wing perpetrators pay the left-wing slobs to get an excuse to introduce totalitarianism. Everything is done "to protect your health, your safety and now your city".

Local media outlet WBAL reported city residents received a message and phone calls on Friday, reminding them, "Curfew ordinance is in effect from 11 pm. to 6 am all summer."

I've learned over the past few years that the studies that spread a false narrative can also be very useful. Here, for example, one "forgot" to mention whether the deceased had been "vaccinated" or not. Nevertheless instructive with regard to the effect of the spike proteins in the brain !
From the study :
"(...) The injection of the spike protein alone caused cell death in the brain, highlighting a direct effect on brain tissue. Furthermore, we observed the presence of spike protein in the skull of deceased long after their COVID-19 infection, suggesting that the spike’s persistence may contribute to long-term neurological symptoms. The spike protein was associated with neutrophil-related pathways and dysregulation of the proteins involved in the PI3K-AKT as well as complement and coagulation pathway.(...)."
