I never really understood what God meant in Ecclesiastes 3:1 when He said, “To everything there is a season…” Because I used to think hard seasons meant I was doing something wrong. I didn’t understand why friendships faded, relationships hurt so badly, or why life felt heavy even when I was trying my best. I kept wanting every season to feel good, stable, and make sense.

But the older I get, the more I realize not every season is meant to be comfortable. Some stretch you, humble you, heal you, and teach you who and what truly matters. There are seasons where you feel lost, outgrow people, and cry more than you’d like. But there are also seasons where you find peace, start choosing yourself, and God rebuilds what life tried to break.

I think that’s what the verse really means. Life won’t always feel the same. People won’t always stay. Things won’t always go according to plan. But every season has a purpose, even the painful ones. So if you’re in a hard season right now, don’t assume your life is falling apart. Some seasons are meant to grow you into the person you’ve been praying to become. 🤍

Pastors ambushed and killed in Manipur, India

Three years after violence broke out in Manipur, India, there is still fear and unrest. A group of pastors were recently ambushed, and two were shot dead.

A group of pastors from the Thadou Baptist Association India (TBAI) were returning from a church gathering when they were ambushed and shot at by armed militants. Rev. Kaigoulun Lhouvum and Pastor Paogoulal were declared dead at the scene. Six other Christian leaders and one of their drivers were seriously injured in the attack this week

God didn’t bring you this far to embarrass you. He brought you this far to bless you. The moment you stop expecting disaster and start expecting God… everything shifts!!
“I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know Him better. - Ephesians 1:17 NIV”

I keep reminding my kids that their relationship with God is personal, I can guide them but praying and reading the word should be something they are eager to do on their own. When there is a case, they start looking for people close to the suspect or the victim. They ask questions that only those who are close can answer. Do you know your Father in Heaven that You can testify about Him. When people come to you, can you speak about Him and who He is, not what you have heard. Yes, you believe and have accepted Jesus as your Lord and saviour, that’s the first step. You now need to cultivate the relationship. The times we are living in don’t need someone who prays or read the bible when its convenient. Spend time in prayer and word, He is faithful to meet you when You call.

Let’s pray:

Father, thank Your Spirit that You have given Your children this morning. Lord, as they yearn to know You better, may Your Spirit reveal to them all that is deep and hidden. Show them the great and unsearchable things, so their lives can be a testament of their relationship with You. For the glory of Your Name, hear their cry and desire to know You better. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Stay Blessed

Putin wants to end the Ukraine war by the end of this year, but only on terms Russia can present as a victory.

Those terms include full control of the Donbas region and broader security guarantees from Europe that would effectively recognize Russia’s territorial gains in Ukraine.

If you’re wondering - no agreement between the U.S. and Iran has been reached yet. The core issues remain unresolved. Iran refuses to hand over its enriched uranium, insists on preserving its future enrichment capabilities, and is demanding sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz, including the right to impose tolls on passing vessels.

The Trump administration appears willing to offer concessions such as the release of frozen assets and sanctions relief - but only if the Iranian regime fully capitulates on the uranium and Hormuz issues.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio:
Iran is trying to create a tolling system in the Strait of Hormuz.

They're trying to convince Oman to join them in this tolling system in an international waterway.

There is not a country in the world that should accept that.
*_So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her._*

(John 8:7)

*Prayer :*

Thank You for Your heaven-sent Word, rooted in truth, which penetrates my heart.
Your righteousness triumphs over hatred.
Through Christ, our sin and the power of hate are defeated, and we are made safe in His presence.
Thank You for Your immeasurable grace that saves me, no matter what I have done.
May the mind of Christ guide all my actions and attitudes, my thoughts, and the motives of my heart.
May His gracious character be reflected in my life as I seek to live in a way that is pleasing to You, to His praise and glory.
In Jesus’ name. AMEN

*_Happy Sabbath_*

Kenyan doctor Wahome Ngare calls for Kenya’s withdrawal from the WHO after discovering tetanus vaccine combined with sterilizing agent
"Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer." — Psalms 66:20

In looking back upon the character of our prayers, if we do it honestly, we shall be filled with wonder that God has ever answered them. There may be some who think their prayers worthy of acceptance-as the Pharisee did; but the true Christian, in a more enlightened retrospect, weeps over his prayers, and if he could retrace his steps he would desire to pray more earnestly. Remember, Christian, how cold thy prayers have been. When in thy closet thou shouldst have wrestled as Jacob did; but instead thereof, thy petitions have been faint and few-far removed from that humble, believing, persevering faith, which cries, "I will not let thee go except thou bless me." Yet, wonderful to say, God has heard these cold prayers of thine, and not only heard, but answered them. Reflect also, how infrequent have been thy prayers, unless thou hast been in trouble, and then thou hast gone often to the mercy-seat: but when deliverance has come, where has been thy constant supplication? Yet, notwithstanding thou hast ceased to pray as once thou didst, God has not ceased to bless. When thou hast neglected the mercy-seat, God has not deserted it, but the bright light of the Shekinah has always been visible between the wings of the cherubim. Oh! it is marvellous that the Lord should regard those intermittent spasms of importunity which come and go with our necessities. What a God is he thus to hear the prayers of those who come to him when they have pressing wants, but neglect him when they have received a mercy; who approach him when they are forced to come, but who almost forget to address him when mercies are plentiful and sorrows are few. Let his gracious kindness in hearing such prayers touch our hearts, so that we may henceforth be found "Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit."
