The War on Christians is Real…

Christians are being attacked, jailed, silenced, or even killed…just for believing in Jesus Christ.

🔹 Nigeria - churches burned, pastors murdered, hundreds of thousands of Christian families wiped out by Islamic terrorists.
🔹 Sudan - Christians beaten, arrested, and their churches destroyed.
🔹 Syria - Christians still suffering from war and religious cleansing.
🔹 China - pastors jailed, churches raided, Bibles banned.
🔹 North Korea - the worst place on earth to be a Christian.
🔹 India & Myanmar - mobs burning down churches and homes.
🔹 Pakistan - Christians falsely accused, imprisoned or killed under “blasphemy” laws.
🔹 Finland - even in the West, Christians face prosecution for quoting the Bible.
🔹 Germany & France - Christmas markets cancelled and locked down because of Islamic terror threats.
🔹 USA - Church shootings, Christians targeted while they worship.
🔹 UK - Believers arrested for praying or preaching in public.
🔹 New Zealand - Christian voices mocked, prosecuted, silenced, doxxed and pushed out of the public square

Prayer of Gratitude, Surrender, and Alignment for the Last Sunday of the Year 2025

Dear God our Heavenly Father,
We come before You on this last Sunday of the year with hearts full of gratitude, reverence, and surrender. Thank You for bringing us through every season of 2025. Thank You for the battles You fought for us, the dangers You shielded us from, the tears You wiped away in secret, and the strength You supplied when we had none left. We acknowledge that if it had not been You on our side, we would not be standing here today.

Father, we thank You for Your mercy that never failed us, even on days we were tired, confused, or discouraged. Thank You for the lessons hidden in the pain, the growth formed in the waiting, and the wisdom gained through trials. We are grateful not only for what worked out, but also for what did not, trusting that You used all things to shape us according to Your will.

Lord, as this year comes to an end, we release every burden, regret, disappointment, and unanswered question into Your hands. We refuse to carry emotional weight, fear, bitterness, or shame into a new season. Cleanse our hearts, renew our minds, and heal every place within us that has been bruised by this year’s experiences.

We ask for forgiveness for every moment we doubted You, rushed ahead of You, or delayed obedience. Wash us afresh by Your grace. Restore our joy, our passion for You, and our hunger for righteousness. Let this closing Sunday mark a clean spiritual ending and a fresh beginning in You.

Father, we commit our families, our plans, our health, our finances, our ministries, and our futures into Your hands. Order our steps, guard our hearts, and align our desires with Your perfect will. Where there has been delay, release acceleration. Where there has been confusion, release clarity. Where there has been loss, release restoration.

As we step out of 2025, we declare that we are not leaving empty-handed. We carry wisdom, testimony, strength, and faith into the next season. Let every unfinished promise be preserved, every seed planted this year be prepared to bear fruit, and every word You have spoken over our lives come to pass in its appointed time.

We end this year in peace, in faith, and in total trust in You. Thank You for being our keeper, our provider, our defender, and our God. We step forward with confidence, knowing You go before us and You are not done with us yet.

We seal this prayer with thanksgiving and expectation, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Take time to say thanks to everyone who was there for you this year. Tell them how they made a difference and how much they matter to you. Don't hold back. Gratitude costs nothing but strengthens the bonds in the most beautiful ways.

_*Dear God, Good Morning. Thank you for letting me not only witnessing the last day of 2025 but also being in health. Help me to notice and count every blessing today, even when life feels imperfect. Remind me that each breath, each moment of laughter, and even the strength to endure trials are gifts from You. Teach me to keep my eyes on what is good instead of what is lacking. “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18 NIV). Help me choose gratitude over complaining and worship over worry. Let thankfulness reset my heart, shift my perspective, and grow my faith.
