"Why go I mourning?"— Psalms 42:
Canst thou answer this, believer? Canst thou find any reason why thou art so often mourning instead of rejoicing? Why yield to gloomy anticipations? Who told thee that the night would never end in day? Who told thee that the sea of circumstances would ebb out till there should be nothing left but long leagues of the mud of horrible poverty? Who told thee that the winter of thy discontent would proceed from frost to frost, from snow, and ice, and hail, to deeper snow, and yet more heavy tempest of despair? Knowest thou not that day follows night, that flood comes after ebb, that spring and summer succeed winter? Hope thou then! Hope thou ever! For God fails thee not. Dost thou not know that thy God loves thee in the midst of all this? Mountains, when in darkness hidden, are as real as in day, and God's love is as true to thee now as it was in thy brightest moments. No father chastens always: thy Lord hates the rod as much as thou dost; he only cares to use it for that reason which should make thee willing to receive it, namely, that it works thy lasting good. Thou shalt yet climb Jacob's ladder with the angels, and behold him who sits at the top of it-thy covenant God. Thou shalt yet, amidst the splendours of eternity, forget the trials of time, or only remember them to bless the God who led thee through them, and wrought thy lasting good by them. Come, sing in the midst of tribulation. Rejoice even while passing through the furnace. Make the wilderness to blossom like the rose! Cause the desert to ring with thine exulting joys, for these light afflictions will soon be over, and then "for ever with the Lord," thy bliss shall never wane.
"Faint not nor fear, his arms are near,
He changeth not, and thou art dear;
Only believe and thou shalt see,
That Christ is all in all to thee."

*YOUR SEASON HAS CHANGED*
_Isaiah 43:19_
_“Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”_
New Testament: 2 Corinthians 5:17
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
God is the Author of new beginnings. When He changes your season, no person, circumstance, or opposition can reverse what He has ordained. The disappointments of yesterday do not determine the victories of tomorrow. In Christ, you are not defined by your past failures but by His finished work and His promises over your life. Do not remain attached to what God has already brought you through. Lift up your eyes and discern the new thing He is doing. This is the time to embrace His direction, walk by faith, and step confidently into the season He has prepared for you. The old has passed away, and God is leading you into greater purpose, greater favour, and greater glory.
“When God changes your season, don’t carry yesterday’s mindset into tomorrow’s miracle.” | Marcus Mooki

Dear Lord,
Today, give me strategy that outlasts emotion and wisdom that outruns opportunity. You said in Your Word, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go” (Psalm 32:8). So order every step, expose distractions, and position me where favor is already waiting. Let every move carry Your fingerprints. Give me victories that can’t be explained by talent alone, only by Your hand. In Jesus’ name. Amen🙏🏽

"This Light Keeps Shining" — John 1:4-5
Sooner or later, lights go out. That's just part of the realities of light bulbs and electric power sources. Sometimes, lights go out at the worst possible moment. That's the reality of Murphy's Law and lights. All lights that we know eventually dim and go out over time - all lights except one: Jesus! He is the light that keeps shining. Evil, Satan, and the forces of darkness can't snuff out his light or hide his radiant glory. Jesus' light is as inextinguishable as it is unfathomable. This light, full of grace and glory, keeps shining. Nothing can stop him from shining. No one can put out his life-giving hope. No darkness can defeat his light. So, let's walk in his light and find life in the radiance of his glow!
Today's Prayer
Father, forgive me for the times I strayed away from your will. I know that on each of those occasions I pushed Jesus and the light of his grace and truth away from me. Forgive me for not living my life in the light of Jesus, seeking his truth, and wanting his will to guide my steps. In his name, I pray. Amen.

The Word gave life to everything that was created,
and his life brought light to everyone.

India's youth-led Cockroach movement vows to continue protest after police crackdown
The Cockroach movement began as a satirical protest but quickly evolved into a nationwide, youth-led movement focused on exam leaks, unemployment and government accountability.
The movement, drawing students, professionals and families, marks a rare public challenge to Prime Minister Narendra Modi 's government in its third term, reviving criticism over its handling of dissent and its use of force to respond to protests.
It gained momentum over the weekend after prominent activist Sonam Wangchuk, whose three-week hunger strike has become a symbol of the protests, was forcibly taken to a hospital by police.

TODAY, GOD WILL REMEMBER ME FOR GOOD
Psalm 115:12
“The LORD remembers us and will bless us.”
✳️ Today, be encouraged: God has not forgotten you. He sees every silent prayer, every sacrifice, every tear, and every season in which you continued believing even when nothing appeared to be changing.
✳️ When God remembers a person, long-standing delays come to an end. Doors that were once closed begin to open, forgotten names are mentioned in places of opportunity, and situations that appeared impossible suddenly turn around for good.
✳️ Joseph was remembered in prison and elevated to the palace. Hannah was remembered and received her miracle. Today, the same God will remember you, your family, your children, your finances, your career, your business, and every concern in your heart.
✳️ Do not allow yesterday’s disappointment to steal today’s faith. This Friday, expect divine favor, answered prayers, supernatural provision, protection, restoration, healing, peace, and unexpected good news.
‼️ DECLARE THIS PRAYER WITH FAITH:
“🕯️✝️ Today, the Lord will remember me for good! Every season of delay, rejection, disappointment, and stagnation is coming to an end. My name will be mentioned in rooms of favor and opportunity. God will bless the work of my hands, protect my household, provide for every need, restore what I have lost, and answer my prayers. Before this day ends, I will receive a reason to testify. I will not be forgotten, overlooked, or abandoned. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen! 🙏✝️🛐🕯️”

"So foolish was I, and ignorant; I was as a beast before thee."
— Psalms 73:22
Remember this is the confession of the man after God's own heart; and in telling us his inner life, he writes, "So foolish was I, and ignorant." The word "foolish," here, means more than it signifies in ordinary language. David, in a former verse of the Psalm, writes, "I was envious at the foolish when I saw the prosperity of the wicked," which shows that the folly he intended had sin in it. He puts himself down as being thus "foolish," and adds a word which is to give intensity to it; "so foolish was I." How foolish he could not tell. It was a sinful folly, a folly which was not to be excused by frailty, but to be condemned because of its perverseness and wilful ignorance, for he had been envious of the present prosperity of the ungodly, forgetful of the dreadful end awaiting all such. And are we better than David that we should call ourselves wise! Do we profess that we have attained perfection, or to have been so chastened that the rod has taken all our wilfulness out of us? Ah, this were pride indeed! If David was foolish, how foolish should we be in our own esteem if we could but see ourselves! Look back, believer: think of your doubting God when he has been so faithful to you-think of your foolish outcry of "Not so, my Father," when he crossed his hands in affliction to give you the larger blessing; think of the many times when you have read his providences in the dark, misinterpreted his dispensations, and groaned out, "All these things are against me," when they are all working together for your good! Think how often you have chosen sin because of its pleasure, when indeed, that pleasure was a root of bitterness to you! Surely if we know our own heart we must plead guilty to the indictment of a sinful folly; and conscious of this "foolishness," we must make David's consequent resolve our own-"Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel."
