🌼 *Topic*: Trust His Ways
*Scripture*: Isaiah 55:8 (RSV)
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says the Lord."

God's wisdom is far above our understanding. Even when His plans seem unclear, we can trust that His ways are always perfect and for our good. Choose to rely on His wisdom rather than your own, knowing He sees the bigger picture.

I trust God's perfect wisdom and willingly follow His ways above my own.

*Prayer*:
Father, help me to trust Your plans even when I do not understand them in Jesus' name, Amen.

When you GIVE Your life to God, Then God will give MORE Life to You!

'JESUS IS GOD COME NEAR' — JOHN 1:14

So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father's one and only Son. — John 1:14 NLT

God was not content just to proclaim his message - his Word - to us! God wasn't satisfied that prophets could reveal his message - his Word - to us! God wasn't willing that his message, his Word, be confined to a book. No, God's ultimate message, his Word, is Jesus. God's message, God's Word, is Jesus coming in human flesh to live as one of us to reveal God to us. This incarnation made grace accessible, touchable, and available to human eyes. Yet, even in human skin and burdened with human mortality, God's glory could not be hidden. God's "unfailing love and faithfulness" are revealed in Jesus. God came near. God became touchable. God's message became real in Jesus, the Word!

Today's Prayer

Holy and loving God, my Abba Father, thank you for the Scriptures, the prophets, the scribes, and the scholars. Thank you most of all for Jesus, who came as your Word in human skin. Thank you for coming to my world and showing me how to live and how much you love me. As I journey through the Gospel of John this year, please make your presence and your will known to me as I get to know your Son better. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

I am humbled by Your love and grateful that You call me Your child. Thank You for everything.

Show me how to live a life marked by love for others.
Help me to demonstrate Your love through my actions, not just my words.

Guide me to obey Your Word and align my life with Your will throughout my life.
