In response to claims by some mainstream media outlets that the White Australia Party has been "ruled invalid", or "knocked back" by the AEC, this is simply false.
The Facts.
>The White Australia Party application was successfully filed with the AEC on the 25th of April 2026.
>The Party received written confirmation from the AEC on the 28th of April 2026.
>The AEC was made aware of the pending High Court challenge to the 'Hate Group Laws' by the White Australia Party.
>The AEC was given a redacted list of 1780 members and informed that the members names would be unredacted once the High Court challenge succeeded.
>The AEC responded that the audit to register the party would be paused pending the release of names.
>The AEC is currently pausing all registrations until the Farrer by-election is completed on the 10th of July 2026.
>The White Australia Party did not correspond with any anonymous sources or unofficial spokespersons in the AEC.
The Lies.
>The media spoke to anonymous sources in the AEC saying the application has been ruled invalid.
Journalists decided today was the day to make up these lies because they are doing damage control to attempt to counter the success we had today getting our Constitutional Writ confirmed for the High Court in September. Furthermore there is a 10 day delay in the injunction so the Commonwealth can attempt to defend itself.

#BREAKING The two brothers of Bondi Beach terror attack hero, Ahmed Al Ahmed, allegedly flew to Sydney from the Middle East after they became aware that he had struck a $2.6 million dollar GoFundMe windfall.
In the wake of Mr Al Ahmed’s heroic actions, people from across the globe donated more than $2.6m to him through a GoFundMe page set up to help with Mr Al Ahmed’s medical costs.
When news of this filtered out to his brothers, Sameh Al Ahmed and Hozaifa Al Ahmed, who were both living in the Middle East at the time, they both immediately booked flights to Australia.
They then reached Sydney and both immediately began living with Mr Al Ahmed and their father at a home in Bankstown.
Police allege the relationship between the siblings quickly broke down when they started demanding a slice of the money, causing Mr Al Ahmed to leave the family home and move to another address in Sans Souci.
It is alleged Hosaifa phoned his brother on May 7 and said “if you’re a man, you would come here. I will put your head under my boot, break your other arm and smash your face. We will only leave if you give us $100,000 each”
“This situation is going to get worse for you,” Hosaifa allegedly said.
“If you want peace of mind and to be safe, you will give us $100,000 each,” Sameh allegedly replied.
Both men were charged with using a carriage service to harass or offend and were granted conditional bail despite being on tourists visas.
The duo fronted Bankstown Local Court for the first time on Wednesday, when they entered pleas of not guilty.
Tony Burke did not comment on whether their visas would be cancelled.
