You can no longer use your SMSF to take out a new loan to buy a residential house or apartment.
The CGT discount is now locked to new residential dwellings only.
Welfare recipients (pensioners, JobSeeker, Youth Allowance, veterans’ payments) are exempt from the new minimum tax on capital gains.
- Negative gearing exemptions for people who inherit a home through divorce or death remains, to be reviewed in future legislation.

• Health conditions linked to excess mortality
• Excess deaths not caused by COVID-19
• Any link between excess deaths and lockdowns / border closures
• Any link between excess deaths and COVID-19 vaccination rates.
