A stage collapsed after strong winds gusted through San Pedro Garza Garcia, part of the greater metropolitan area of the city of Monterrey in Nuevo Leon.
The crowd can be seen fleeing as the structure supporting the stage toppled and a giant screen fell where Jorge Alvarez Maynez, the presidential candidate, and members of his Citizens’ Movement party were standing.
Around 50 people are also thought to have been injured, with some requiring surgery.

Earlier, the speaker of the US House of Representatives supported the AFU strikes on Russia with American weapons. And London said it allowed strikes on Crimea because it considers the peninsula "part of Ukraine".

Dutch nonprofit org SOMO has accused Booking of “profiting from war crimes by facilitating the rental of vacation homes on land stolen from the indigenous Palestinian population.”
Research shows that Booking’s platform offered up to 70 listings for properties in East Jerusalem and the West Bank between 2021 and 2023, SOMO revealed.
SOMO filed the complaint with the Dutch public prosecutor in November, together with three other human rights groups, but has not gone public with it before.
