💸Japan’s stock market plunges over US recession fears

The benchmark Nikkei 225 index closed down 5.81% Friday - after Wall Street shares tumbled.

The fall marks Japan’s second-biggest points drop in history, and the largest slump in percentage terms since March 2020 - at the start of the pandemic.

💵Prisoner Swap Bad Deal for US - Donald Trump

The former president posted a series of questions on social media around the terms of the deal, wondering whether the US was paying Russia cash.

“Just curious because we never make good deals, at anything, but especially hostage swaps,” he said.
