The payments giant has announced a partnership with Mercuryo - to launch a euro-denominated crypto debit card, allowing users to spend crypto from self-custodial wallets. 

The new Mastercard allows users to spend cryptocurrencies directly from their self-custodial wallets at over 100mn merchants across Europe.

🔴 JUST IN: American activist shot dead by Israeli army in occupied West Bank (reports)

The female activist - Ayşenur Ezgi - was shot in the head by the IDF Friday during a protest against illegal Israeli settlements in Beita, in the Nablus district.

Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli soldiers opened live fire on a group of Palestinians participating in a demonstration condemning the illegal settlements on Mount Sbeih in Beita.

The official Palestinian news agency Wafa confirmed that the victim was an American citizen and a volunteer with the Fazaa campaign, an initiative aimed at supporting and protecting Palestinian farmers from the ongoing violations by illegal Israeli settlers and army.
