The exercises have โconstrainedโ Britainโs MoD ability to train their own troops, a report by the UKโs National Audit Office has found.
Aiding Ukrainian soldiers has reduced the amount of training facilities available, the report found - with over a quarter of ๐ฌ๐ง Armyโs training estate now tied up to help Kiev.
Over 15k Ukrainian soldiers have been trained in the UK.
