👁 Spain to Force ‘Big Brother’ Security Checks on Tourists

Draconian new rules that demand Spanish hotels gather data on tourists’ family relationships, bank cards and addresses, and pass it to security forces, will come into force on Monday.

Businesses will collect up to 31 pieces of information from tourists which then has to be uploaded onto a platform for sharing with security forces in a requirement likened to “Big Brother” by the country’s leading hotelier association, Cehat.

⚡️ Adani Group Reveals $55BN Drop in Stock Market Rout after US Fraud Accusation

The Nov 20 indictment in New York accused billionaire industrialist founder Gautam Adani and multiple subordinates of deliberately misleading international investors as part of a “bribery scheme.”

It claimed they had “devised a scheme to offer, authorize, make and promise to make bribes payments to Indian government officials.”

The group firmly denies the charges, describing them as “baseless” – counter accusing the US Dept of Justice of “intimidation” in a statement Wednesday.

A sign of how Washington will respond to firms in BRICS countries – which are about to make the dollar irrelevant?
