🔴A latest report says-- there are about 30 Bl0 Labs in Armenia, supported by US

~ The report mentions the first major outbreak of measles in Armenia in almost eight years in 2023. Says such outbreaks is a product of the cooperation between Armenia and US.
~ Report says a company based in US, EcoHealth Alliance, has taken up a project to study Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) in the Caucasus. The company is currently under investigation by the US Congress. The CEO has been accused of violating biosafety protocols.
~ The report by weekly blitz also mentions Georgia where such labs are run.

There is Article 111 of the Ukrainian Constitution, which says that powers are transferred to the Speaker of parliament, especially since under martial law, the powers of Parliament are extended - Putin educates.

Putin went on to explain that if elections in Ukraine are not being held during martial law, this does not mean that the presidential term is somehow extended.

The only legitimate government in Ukraine remains the Parliane and its Speaker. If they did want to hold presidential elections, they would have to repeal the Martial Law law, that’s all. But they didn’t want to do that - Putin
