Germany’s top security official banned the magazine Tuesday, accusing it of stirring up hatred against Jews, people with immigrant roots and parliamentary democracy.

Interior Minister Nancy Faeser banned Compact and the company that publishes it, as well as film production company, Conspect Film – accusing them of “right-wing extremism.”
