A statement from the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group also pointed the finger at Netanyahu’s govt for ‘aggressively’ trying to expand the war:

“With this aggression, which aims to transfer the weight of the conflict to the occupied West Bank, the occupier wants to impose a new state of affairs on the ground to annex the West Bank,” the statement said.

⛔️ Namibia Blocks Cargo Ship Docking over Israeli War Crime Concerns

A vessel suspected by the Namibian authorities to be carrying military cargo intended for Israeli use in its ongoing war in Gaza has been blocked from docking in the southern African country.

Namibian Justice Minister Yvonne Dausab told local media the ship was stopped because it had “explosive material destined for Israel.”

Rights groups had warned that Namibia could have been implicated in potential human rights violations had it allowed the vessel to dock.

The MV Kathrin, which set off from Vietnam, had requested permission to dock in the port of Walvis Bay – before sailing north, on a suspected route towards the Mediterranean via the Strait of Gibraltar.

📱 Irish Doctors Demand Ban on Children Using Mobile Phones

The Irish Medical Organisation (IMO) has claimed that young people’s social media usage should be treated as a “public health emergency” – calling for the govt to ban the “overwhelmingly destructive” smartphones for children under 16.

“Our young people are exposed to a toxic mix of both extraordinarily harmful content and social media platforms that use features such as infinite scroll to promote more user activity, creating a vicious circle of use which ultimately leads to higher levels of anxiety, depression, loneliness and suicidal tendencies,” the IMO chairman said.

❗️Telegram CEO Pavel Durov accused of domestic abuse in Switzerland — Forbes

Irina Bolgar, the alleged mother of three of Durov’s children, filed a civil lawsuit against the messaging app’s co-founder in Geneva in March 2023, claiming that Durov physically abused one of their children. She launched child custody proceedings soon after.

According to Bolgar's lawyer, Durov did not challenge the court's ruling granting her custody of their children.

Bolgar said both lawsuits were filed several months after Durov stopped paying her €167,000 per a month for child support. The dispute over that money continues.

Forbes said Bolgar gave the publication copies of the children’s birth certificates, the recognition of paternity by Durov, translated into French and English and stamped with the official Hague Apostille of authenticity.
