Public commentary on legal matters is not an act of intimidation; it is the articulation of principles. To suggest that sharing an analysis of the legal framework in which I operate is coercive or threatening is a fundamental misrepresentation of reality.
The truth is clear: when I speak of the laws governing my champagne passing-off claim, I do so to protect the integrity of Bitcoin’s original design. This is not about ownership or identity; it is about safeguarding the public from deception.
@Copa and @btccore want to silence and sense of people who point out the changes they've been making.

Dawn’s Pale Breath
Dawn’s light seeps through cedar and pine,
casting shadows on the forest floor,
where life stirs in leaf and fur.
A silver blade, quiet in hand,
flashes in mist, a hunter’s craft,
time held still in dew and dust.
Earth smells rich, damp and raw,
and blood joins morning’s chill.
With each breath taken, each life forsaken,
I feel the weight of this ancient rite,
a pact as old as bone and bark—
the give and take, the circle stark.
Eyes meet mine in final rest,
strength given as shadows blend,
their pulse now folded into my own,
bound in silence, shadow to light,
life given, life reclaimed,
and dawn glints on the silver blade once more.

vida dada, vida recuperada,

In Halls of Jade
In halls of jade, where shadows cling and silence breathes,
katana gleam, their polished steel reflecting battles past.
Heads are bowed like willow branches weeping in the rain,
each burdened soul a silent atlas of sorrows unconfessed.
Not merely flesh, but battlegrounds where duty wars with dreams,
they bear the lacquered mask, a fragile, painted shell.
Each night it cracks beneath the strain,
and with each dawn, they paint it back to hide the hell.
Voices sharp as shattered glass, yet masked with whispers of the breeze,
echo down the corridor of flickering lamplight.
In silence, loyalty becomes a cage,
its iron rusted, yet still it binds the song.
The moon wanes pale, its cold flame strains against the dark,
casting light like the touch of a forgotten hand.
It is not death but duty they revere,
as masks wear thin with each passing stand.
They move like statues carved in jade, yet hearts within them rage and burn,
a longing for release from honour’s chains.
Yet they march forward, step by step, in trance,
bound not by freedom, but by quiet flame.
The scent of incense masks the metallic tang of fear,
as irony weaves through silken care, a shadow unseen.
They ache for life, yet cannot stray—
each act a piece of self unpinned, a sliver lost.
For strength lies not in lifted sword or spear,
but in a gaze that sees beyond the gilded veil,
a warrior’s longing hidden deep within,
for peace not found in war’s iron rail.
And in the end, when lacquered masks dissolve,
and voices cease to whisper oaths in vain,
they’ll rest beneath the quiet willow trees,
the branches weep for masks they could not keep.
In Halls of Jade
In halls of jade, shadows cling,
polished steel recalls past wars.
Willow branches, weeping low,
bow as souls bear unseen weight.
Flesh is battleground and bond,
mask a shell, fragile and worn.
Nighttime cracks, dawn paints again,
strength to hide the hell within.
Shattered glass in whispers speaks,
down the halls of flickered light.
Iron cages, silken threads—
loyalty’s rusted chain remains.
Pale moon strains, a silent hand,
as honour weighs on fragile face.
Statues burn beneath their masks,
chained by vows, though flames may rise.
Incense clouds, yet fear persists,
sword-bound spirits ache for life.
Duty wars with dreams unbound,
each act strips a sliver bare.
Strength is found beyond the blade,
gaze that sees the hidden truth.
Peace evades in war’s embrace,
but calm awaits in willow shade.
When at last masks fade away,
oaths are whispers on the breeze.
Willows weep for lost disguise,
souls released, and shadows lift.

willows weep alone.

The Flame Within
The greatest theft is not of things,
but of the fire that fuels our wings.
To tell a mind it’s bound, restrained,
is to bleed its courage, leave it chained.
They swaddle them in cotton wool and lies,
a shroud of care where greatness dies.
"You're trapped," they say, "the world’s too vast,
a force too cruel, your dreams outcast."
But under all their soft concern,
they quench the spark before it burns.
What harm they do, these voices meek,
who whisper comfort, render weak.
They steal the power to believe,
to shape the world, to dare, to leave.
A mind set free needs no disguise,
no tales of doom, no safety lies.
No weight of "system" can suppress
a soul that sees its own success.
Greatness is not a gift or prize—
it burns strong, in truth and pain,
in work and will, like tempered flame.
Tell them they are not cogs, but kings,
not bound by chains, but by their wings,
the architects of their own fate.
No trophies given for ease or grace,
no comfort here in second place.
But glory waits for those who strive,
who push through dark to come alive.
They are the storm, the rising tide,
the flame that no false care can hide.
Teach them that they are free, unbound,
that strength is in the fight they’ve found.
For victory is a choice, as is defeat,
and futures wait at striving’s feet.
No system vast, no shadowed hand,
can stand before a will that stands.
So tell them true, the path is clear,
the world is theirs, no force to fear.
A generation, fierce, untamed,
the fire of greatness yet unnamed.
Beyond the Veil
If we are spirits, not just flesh and bone,
then this world is but the shadow cast
by something greater, vaster, unknown—
a slant of light, a glimpse of past.
Our lives are threads in a hidden weave,
woven tight in a tapestry unseen.
We drift through dreams, what we believe,
guided by realms behind the screen.
We’re drawn like tides to an ancient place,
a world that hums in quiet song—
not bound by time, nor bound by space,
but vast and near, where we belong.
We grasp at whispers, at voices low,
echoes of something whole and clear.
Beyond this life, beyond our woe,
we sense the pulse, the truth we hear.
A language felt, yet deeply known—
a truth that speaks in dreams, in signs.
If we are spirits, we’re not alone,
we touch the Beyond through secret lines.

un alma que ve su propio éxito. La grandeza no es un regalo ni un premio;
Si somos espíritus, no solo carne y hueso,
Si somos espíritus, no estamos solos,

un alma que ve su propio éxito. La grandeza no es un regalo ni un premio;
Si somos espíritus, no solo carne y hueso,

The Flame Within
The greatest theft is not of things,
but of the fire that fuels our wings.
To tell a mind it’s bound, restrained,
is to bleed its courage, leave it chained.
They swaddle them in cotton wool and lies,

If you want someone who’s genuinely conservative, who truly understands what it means to protect nature, then you’re not looking for a so-called “greenie.”
Conservation isn’t about slogans or lobbying; it’s about a lived, tangible connection to the land. It’s about the hunter, the one who walks the fields and forests, who knows the habits of wildlife because they’ve been there, tracking, observing, understanding what it means to take a life for sustenance, knowing that every kill holds weight.
Real conservationists hunt, fish, and understand the responsibility that comes with it. They know what it means to monitor herd levels, to maintain the balance not for selfish gain but for their children, their grandchildren—those who will inherit the land. That’s the core of conservation. It’s not about making nature a museum piece but understanding it as a living, breathing ecosystem that demands stewardship.
Anyone who claims to care about nature without having walked these paths, without having felt the gravity of taking only what’s needed, isn’t truly a conservationist.
To call oneself a “greenie” without ever having faced the reality of nature—without ever having taken part in the life cycle, seen the herds dwindle and return—lacks the depth that conservation demands. True conservation is built on respect, on knowing nature as it is, wild and unfiltered, and shouldering the responsibility to protect it for generations to come.
It’s not about sport or trophies. It’s not about putting a head on the wall or parading your catch for display. Real hunting, real fishing, is about sustenance. It’s about going out there and taking what you need—no more, no less—because you’re responsible for every step of the process.
You don’t hire someone to do the work for you.
You catch the fish; you clean and gut it with your own hands.
You hang the meat; you bleed it out, understanding that this isn’t just food—it’s life transformed.
You know every ounce of effort that went into this, every cut, every drop.
And when you have more than you’ll eat in one day or two, you keep the rest in the freezer, careful to make it last. You’re aware of the weight of each meal, of the work and respect it represents.
This isn’t some indulgent hobby; it’s an engagement with the cycle of life, a process that requires effort, patience, and humility. That’s what conservation is truly about—knowing what it means to take only what you need, to preserve what you don’t use immediately, to understand the depth of the responsibility you bear when you choose to take from nature.
In these acts, you’re grounded in reality, deeply aware of the impact of your actions, every meal a reminder of your place in this world.
That’s what it means to be a true conservationist—not a title or a label, but a relationship with nature that’s both profound and enduring. This is what it’s really about: an intimate connection to the land, to life itself, one that doesn’t end at convenience but requires you to carry the weight of every choice, every life taken, with the respect it deserves.
Thst is what it means to be a man.

The assertion of individual sovereignty—the right to withdraw consent from governance—draws on a powerful notion in American thought, but it’s one that requires careful examination. The Founding Fathers, inspired by Enlightenment principles, acknowledged the idea of government deriving its authority from “the consent of the governed.” The Declaration of Independence argues this eloquently, but it’s crucial to remember that it is a philosophical document, not a legally binding text. The Constitution, crafted with an understanding of both individual liberty and social order, established a system wherein the people collectively empower representatives, not one where individuals retain an unrestrained right to opt out of governance at will. The very nature of a democratic society relies on a degree of mutual commitment to the rule of law, not selective participation.
The suggestion that states or individuals hold a constitutional right to “withdraw consent” misinterprets the purpose and limitations of both the Articles of Confederation and the U.S. Constitution.
While the Articles offered states considerable autonomy, they were ultimately discarded in favour of a stronger federal framework precisely because that level of disunion threatened the stability of the new nation. The Constitution was crafted to unite, to bind together states and citizens under a common legal framework. Historical events, including the Civil War, reaffirmed that states could not simply secede, and the Supreme Court decisively ruled that the Union was indissoluble. Individual citizens may not unilaterally disengage from governance any more than states can—collective governance requires adherence to shared laws and principles to function.
Moreover, appealing to natural law or a Creator as the source of individual rights introduces an important but often misunderstood aspect of American philosophy.
While the Founders were indeed influenced by natural rights theory, the Constitution itself is a secular document, one that derives its authority from “We the People.” The principles of natural law and a Creator may inform the philosophical underpinnings of liberty, but the application of these rights is framed within a collective, legal structure agreed upon by society. In short, the Constitution does not endorse unchecked individual autonomy. Instead, it outlines freedoms within the context of a governed society.
The notion of resisting “unchecked authority” resonates with the spirit of individual liberty embedded in the Bill of Rights. Yet the Constitution provides avenues for dissent—freedom of speech, assembly, and the press—within lawful bounds, ensuring that the expression of individual sovereignty does not descend into anarchy. To imagine a nation where individuals could simply disregard governance without consequence would be to envision a society without order. The balance of rights and responsibilities is the very fabric of constitutional governance, and in a republic, one cannot demand liberty while discarding the duties that sustain it.
In the end, these statements reflect an understandable desire for autonomy, but autonomy without structure is not liberty; it is chaos.
True freedom, as envisioned by the Founders, exists within a framework of collective commitment, accountability, and lawful resistance. The Constitution provides the mechanisms for protest, challenge, and even reform, but it does not afford individuals the right to disregard government entirely. To be governed does not imply blind obedience, but it does require a respect for the social contract that makes liberty possible for all.
