The Mine and the Men Who Stole It
They came with nothing but their hands,
raw, cracked, burned from the work.
Men who knew the weight of a pickaxe,
who knew the sound of steel biting stone,
who knew nothing in this world is free.
Block by block, they built the tunnels,
carved wealth from the dark,
earned what they took because they took it themselves.
Not with words.
Not with paper.
With hands, with backs, with lungs full of dust.
And for a time, it was theirs.
The rules were simple.
You dig, you get paid.
You break the rock, you take what you earned.
No one gives you a damn thing.
Then they came.
Not the diggers.
Not the men who knew the weight of labor.
Not the men who could swing an axe without breaking their wrist.
No.
These were the talkers.
The soft ones, the ones who live on top of the world
but somehow always manage to take from those at the bottom.
"This mine is unfair," they said.
"The wealth is not shared," they sighed.
"Everyone should have the same," they whispered.
And the diggers, covered in soot,
their lungs coated in the proof of their work,
looked up at the men in suits and laughed.
Because they knew a con when they saw one.
But a good con doesn’t take,
not at first.
It asks.
It smiles.
It reasons.
And the diggers, too tired to fight,
made the worst mistake a man can make.
They listened.
It started small.
A rule here, a shift there.
"A man should not take more than his share," they said.
"We must make it fair," they sighed.
"The mine must belong to all," they lied.
And the diggers, too busy breaking rock,
let them talk.
Talking became law.
Law became rules.
Rules became chains.
And suddenly, the diggers owned nothing.
But the men in the suits?
They owned everything.
Now, every block was counted.
Now, every ounce of sweat was measured.
Now, the men who did nothing earned the most
while the ones who split their knuckles on stone
were told they were lucky to have anything at all.
And when the diggers asked why,
when they finally saw what had been taken,
they were told—
"This is equality."
"This is fairness."
"This is how it should have been all along."
But it was a lie.
Because the men in the suits didn’t dig.
They didn’t carry the weight.
They didn’t choke on dust or feel their bones grind.
They earned without earning.
Took without asking.
Controlled without lifting a single rock.
And the worst part?
They still called it the same mine.
Still wore the name like they built it.
Still talked about fairness
as they grew fat on the sweat of dead men.
And the diggers?
The ones who made it real?
They knew what had to be done.
They walked.
Left the tunnels empty.
Left the wealth in the hands of the ones
who had no idea how to keep it.
The suits panicked.
"They’ll come back," they said.
"They always come back."
But they didn’t.
They found new ground.
They dug where no committee could reach.
Where no soft hand could steal the sweat from their backs.
Where they built their own rules and carved their own wealth.
And the old mine?
It stood there, silent.
A monument to the lie of equality,
to the cowards who take without giving.
A place where men in suits sat in empty tunnels,
waiting for workers who would never return.
Because some men dig, and some men steal.
And when the diggers leave,
the thieves have nothing left to take.

No.
Escucharon.
Empezó poco a poco.
"Debemos hacerlo justo", suspiraron.

Open source is fundamental to blockchain security and trust, particularly for Bitcoin SV (BSV) and Teranode. Cryptographic principles, as articulated by Bruce Schneier and rooted in Kerckhoffs’s law, establish that security must rely on the secrecy of the key rather than the algorithm itself. Transparency in blockchain protocols allows for public scrutiny, ensuring that the system operates as intended and remains resistant to manipulation or hidden vulnerabilities. Closed-source systems, by contrast, require users to place trust in opaque codebases, introducing security risks and potential centralized control. Historical failures like OneCoin demonstrate how closed systems enable fraud by preventing independent verification. BSV and Teranode embrace open source to provide security through validation rather than blind trust, allowing participants to audit, test, and verify every component of the protocol.
The necessity of open source extends beyond security to the very legitimacy of digital money. In a blockchain system, every user must be able to confirm that transactions follow immutable rules without relying on a third party. Open source ensures that no entity can alter monetary policies or consensus mechanisms without detection, preserving the decentralized integrity of the system. Proprietary blockchain implementations or hybrid models introduce unacceptable vulnerabilities, as trust shifts from mathematical verification to human oversight. BSV’s commitment to open-source development reinforces its scalability and stability by enabling constant review and improvement from a global community. The principle is simple: trust in blockchain cannot exist without transparency, and transparency is only possible when the code is open for all to inspect.

Open source

The world is full of backroom bargains, quiet deals, and shifting narratives designed to serve the few while leaving everyone else in the dark. Policies are rewritten, contracts reinterpreted, and agreements betrayed the moment they become inconvenient. Truth, if left unattended, is not just distorted—it is erased. Someone has to write it down before it disappears.
But truth is never simple.
It is not a single, shining thing waiting to be unearthed. It is layered, tangled in perspective and context, often buried under years of carefully cultivated falsehoods. The pursuit of truth is not just about exposing lies; it is about navigating the grey spaces, the conflicting testimonies, the weight of history pressing down on the facts. To write nonfiction is to accept that truth is rarely easy but is always necessary.
I write for those who have seen the game played unfairly and still refuse to accept the loss. For the ones who have watched rules shift in silence, who have heard one thing promised and another delivered. If only one person reads my work, let it be the one who has felt that weight—the one who has been silenced, misled, or ignored. Because nonfiction is not just about history; it is about ensuring the future is not dictated by those who manipulate the past.
A stark example of this is the 2008 financial crisis—an event manufactured behind closed doors. The rules were rewritten in secrecy before the collapse, shielding those at the top while millions lost their homes, their savings, their futures. The public was given a sterilised version of events, reduced to jargon and technical failures, masking the reality: deliberate decisions were made, and those who paid the price had no seat at the table. This is why nonfiction matters. Without it, those responsible are left to shape the narrative in their favour, unchallenged and unaccountable.
Writing is not about comfort.
Writing is not about reassurance.
Words must unsettle, must demand reckoning. Nonfiction is not a tidy collection of verified facts—it is a confrontation, an unflinching ledger of reality. It does not bend to convenience. It does not yield to comfort. It must hold, even when the truth stains everything it touches.
Some will say truth is subjective, that it bends depending on who tells the story.
Power relies on that argument, on the idea that all things are perspective, that no version of reality holds more weight than another.
This is a lie.
Truth is not fragile. It is not polite.
It does not ask permission.
Truth forces its way into the open, sharp-edged, refusing to be ignored.
Once spoken, it cannot be unwritten.
Stein made it clear: the writer’s job is not to make things palatable. It is to strip away illusion, to refuse to play along with those who believe they can rewrite reality when no one is looking. That is why I write nonfiction—because fairness is not a convenience, and those who twist reality to suit themselves must never be allowed the cover of silence.

Escribir no busca comodidad.
Escribir no busca tranquilidad.
No pide permiso.

Life doesn’t hand out meanings like some bureaucratic charity. It doesn’t whisper purpose into your ear while you sit there waiting, hands outstretched like a beggar. No one is coming to save you. No god, no government, no benevolent overseer. You either carve your meaning out of the stone, or you let the weight of existence crush you beneath it.
Purpose isn’t found in holy books or the self-righteous proclamations of those who build nothing. It’s in your hands, your mind, the sweat on your back, the ideas that claw their way from your skull onto paper, steel, circuits—whatever medium you choose to shape the world with. The weak spend their days waiting for answers, muttering about destiny, praying for a sign. The strong know that the only sign worth anything is the one they hammer into existence with their own two hands.
Life is a goddamn furnace. You either let it melt you down into something base and shapeless, or you take the heat, let it refine you, temper you, harden you into something worth being. Most people shrink. They obey. They shuffle through life like tired waiters in a third-rate diner, dreaming of something better but never reaching for it, terrified that if they did, they might actually have to fight for it.
To live isn’t to exist. It isn’t about filling space, breathing air, making nice little memories to cradle like cheap trinkets on your way to the grave. It’s about making something—something real, something that lasts. A book. A business. A work of art. A legacy. It doesn’t matter what, as long as it’s yours.
If you’re waiting for someone to tell you what the purpose of life is, you’ve already lost. No one is going to write it for you. No one is going to hand it over like some carefully packaged truth. It’s in the blood, the sweat, the choices you make when no one’s watching. It’s in standing when others kneel, in speaking when others are silent, in building when others let things fall apart.
The question isn’t What is the purpose of life?
The question is What the hell are you going to do with it?

Nadie vendrá a salvarte.

The meaning of life isn’t found in a book, a sermon, or the tired platitudes of men who build nothing and beg for everything. It’s not hiding in the quiet corners of a church pew, nor does it wait for you in the soft, empty comfort of resignation. It is not given. It is taken. It is torn from the jaws of an indifferent world, carved into existence with bloodied hands and an iron will.
You don’t get to sit around and ask what life means. That’s the question of the weak, the ones waiting for an answer, a sign, a gentle push from some unseen force. There is no push. There is no answer. There is only you and the raw, brutal truth that the meaning of life is whatever the hell you decide it to be.
Some drink themselves into a hole, chasing oblivion because they can’t stomach the weight of their own wasted potential. Others chain themselves to jobs they despise, crawling through decades of beige-walled servitude, convincing themselves it’s noble to endure mediocrity.
The rest—well, the rest just exist, breathing in, breathing out, ghosts in their own bodies, waiting for the end.
But the ones who understand—really understand—know that life is creation. It’s building something out of nothing.
A book, a business, a fortune, a revolution—it doesn’t matter what, so long as it is yours. It is the rejection of the passive, the destruction of the mediocre, the absolute refusal to be shaped by anything but your own relentless, unapologetic drive.
The meaning of life is found in the hands of the man who doesn’t beg, doesn’t kneel, doesn’t whisper please into the void. It’s in the fight, the struggle, the refusal to rot in the waiting room of existence. You take, you build, you burn. And if it all comes crashing down, you start again.
Life doesn’t owe you meaning. Life only gives you a canvas.
The question isn’t What does life mean?
The question is What the hell are you going to do with it?

The meaning of life isn’t found in a book, a sermon, or the tired platitudes of men who build nothing and beg for everything. It’s not hiding in the quiet corners of a church pew, nor does it wait for you in the soft, empty comfort of resignation. It is not…

I like having no corporate handlers anymore.
I like saying exactly what the hell needs to be said without some grinning idiot in a suit whispering about tone and optics. I like ripping the lid off this rotting can of garbage and letting the stench hit people in the face, because they need to smell it.
BTC is a corpse. A bloated, overfed, overhyped, dead thing that somehow keeps twitching because enough idiots still believe in it. The so-called financial revolution, the people’s money, the great escape from banks and governments—except it’s run by a handful of buket shop exchanges and linked mining pools, choked by a cartel of developers, and dependent on corrupt exchanges that freeze your funds whenever they feel like it. Decentralized? In what goddamn world?
It was supposed to be fast. It was supposed to be used. It was supposed to scale. It was never meant to be some hoarder’s wet dream, locked away in wallets, never spent, never moved, never touched. Digital gold? Bullshit. You can’t even buy a cup of coffee with it without waiting twenty minutes and paying half the price of the coffee in fees. That’s not money. That’s a joke.
But they don’t care. The fanboys. The ones who sit on Twitter all day, screaming HODL! like trained parrots, watching their little gambling token ride the waves of speculative stupidity. They don’t care that it doesn’t work. They don’t care that the dream is dead. They just want number to go up.
BTC isn’t the future. It’s a grift. A slow, overpriced, fragile grift, propped up by hype and blind faith. And the ones who control it—the miners, the devs, the exchange owners—they laugh. They make money while the believers hold the bag. That’s the game. That’s always been the game.
And I like that I can say it. Because I don’t have corporate handlers anymore.

Y me gusta poder decirlo. Porque ya no tengo contactos corporativos.
