Reuters quoted its sources as saying that GLSDB missiles "are not yet compatible" with HIMARS launchers, but the United States will deliver new launchers to Ukraine as early as spring 2023. 

This is a rather strange statement, taking into consideration the fact that the GLSDBs have been developed by the Boeing Corporation to be fully compatible with the current HIMARS or M270A1 launchers and to compete with the longer-range GMLRS-ER missile. 
Probably this is a software incompatibility, as the software of the HIMARS units that have already been delivered to Ukraine obviously could not be adapted to the use of the new, not yet introduced, ammunition of the system.

Against this background, we also recall an article by The WSJ, which claimed that the U.S. had allegedly secretly altered the HIMARS that were transferred to Ukraine so that Kiev could not use them to launch long-range missiles.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces will soon retreat from Artemovsk(Bakhmut) Estonian intelligence reported.

Margo Grosberg, commander of the Estonian Defense Forces Intelligence Center, said that the AFU soldiers will soon leave Artemovsk (Bakhmut), although Zelensky denies this fact.

"In the coming weeks, Ukrainian forces will probably withdraw from Bakhmut." Everything depends on the degree of readiness of the new defensive lines. "At some point it will be unwise to waste resources on holding the city," Grosberg said.
The decision is expected, given the situation faced by Ukrainian soldiers in this direction, but Zelensky has promised that Bakhmut will not be surrendered. 

Nevertheless, Grosberg notes that the transfer of Artemovsk to the control of the Russian army allegedly "will not lead to any strategic changes on the front," but will be a strong psychological and moral victory for Russia.

Britain's ammo stocks would run out in an "afternoon" if it fought Russia - as a top former General said years of cuts have left military's stores bare.

The warning from General Sir Richard Barrons comes a day after Defence Secretary Ben Wallace said the UK's forces have been 'hollowed out', adding that military spending may have to rise for two decades, owing to global threats. 

According to The Sun, Britain is buying ammo from South Asia to support Ukraine. 
Dr Jack Watling, at military think tank Rusi, said Ukraine had been firing around 6,000 shells a day, but we rely on imported explosives for tank and artillery shells. 

Our ammo plants, run by defence contractor BAE, would take a year to make a day's shells for Ukraine, sources said. 

Meanwhile, it was also revealed that Britain has no working heavy artillery guns after giving all serviceable AS90 self-propelled items to Ukraine

Turkish companies last year exported tens of millions of dollars worth of machinery, electronics, spare parts and other items that Russia needs for its military, according to a survey of trade data, showing how Moscow can fuel its war effort despite international sanctions.

At least 13 Turkish firms exported a total of at least $18.5 million worth of items, including plastics, rubber items and vehicles, to at least 10 Russian companies sanctioned by the U.S. for their role in Russia’s assault on Ukraine, the data show. The Turkish companies sent at least three shipments of American-made goods, according to the data reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.

Turkish officials say the country only enforces sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council, not those imposed by countries like the U.S. The Turkish foreign ministry also says it doesn’t condone attempts to evade sanctions on Russia. 

Turkish firms also sent another $15 million in American-made elevators, electric generators, circuit boards and other items to Russia in violation of US export Control.

For the first time, the United States has publicly announced the transfer of some of the confiscated Russian assets to Ukraine. We are talking about an amount of 5.4 million dollars; the funds belonged to Russian businessman Konstantin Malofeev. 

This decision was announced by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, as quoted by CNN.
Garland explained that the funds would first be at the disposal of the U.S. State Department.
At the same time, it is not quite clear (or rather, it is not at all clear) when and how this money will be transferred to Ukraine.

About 2,000 Russian instructors (the instructors from the Wagner group) are currently helping the regular army of the CAR fight against illegal armed groups.
