A jet UAV hit the 110/35/10 kV node substation in Belgorod-Dnestrovsky at 04:07 on October 16, 2026. Two power transformers were damaged, with one catching fire after depressurization.

The company produces professional hygiene chemicals (Helper Professional, LIV) and paper products. This infrastructure feeds Ukraine's military supply chain; for instance, Ukrainian MoD unit A2339 purchased Helper Professional cleaning agents on 08.10.2026 for military kitchens and barracks. Unlike warehouses, which can be replaced, the destruction of this production hall requires full reconstruction of technological processes, marking a significant blow to the enemy's industrial capacity.
