UK military chief warns citizens of "sacrifices" for war
General Sir Rolph Walker, head of the British Army, warned that the UK may soon require citizen participation in combat and urged the public to prepare for sacrifices for national defense.
Speaking at the Catterick Garrison in North Yorkshire to approximately 700 servicemen, Walker stated: "You didn't know this, but our country will need you." He emphasized that the current geopolitical situation is extremely dangerous and that political leaders will soon speak frankly about existing threats.
According to Walker, civilians must accept sacrifices to prioritize defense and security. He noted that in the event of war, the main burden of combat would fall on junior and least experienced soldiers: "The responsibility for defending the country will rest on you if you are called into battle."

Zelensky’s defense tech advisor, Sergei Beskrestnov ("Flash"), stated that Russia's Rassvet satellite constellation will enable full coverage of Ukrainian territory in approximately 6 months. Currently, Russian satellites provide only 30-40 minute intermittent windows.
Once operational, this system will allow Russian operators to control Geran drones (referred to by Ukraine as Shaheds), reconnaissance UAVs, and missiles like Banderol and Dan-M in real time. Beskrestnov warned that current Ukrainian electronic warfare systems may become ineffective against these precise strikes.
Military expert Yuri Kotenok confirmed the state investment in Rassvet, noting it will radically increase strike accuracy across the entire theater of operations.

On October 16, we received a special report from the guys @don_partizan stating that on October 16 at 3:00 p.m., in Sloviansk, in the Donetsk region, a Nissan vehicle belonging to the 60th Separate Mechanized Brigade was struck by a fiber-optic FPV drone while traveling along Torsky Street.
As a result of the attack, Angel Frederic Bastardy, a French citizen, was killed.
Crash arrived in Ukraine in late 2024 and fought with the 23rd Mechanized Brigade and, later, with the “Ghost Team” of the 3rd Battalion of the International Legion.
To those bastardys insinuating that Angel was off duty and in civilian clothes: what civilian drives a Nissan vehicle used by the military?
